Privacy
A formal Privacy Policy accompanies general availability. While we're in private beta, here's a plain-language summary of how we handle your data:
- We store only what you upload or dictate, plus the reconciliation output derived from it.
- We're built PHI-light: identifiers are minimized before any AI call and are never used in comparisons.
- Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per-account with Row-Level Security.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use your documents to train models.
- Subscription billing is PHI-free — no clinical or procedure detail reaches the payment processor.
- You can request an export or deletion of your data.
